CGM-2001型高强无收缩灌浆料是北京海岩业兴混凝土外加剂有限公司与云南省昆明市百强建筑材料厂共同研制.开发的一种新型特种建筑材料。
本品分为三种

产品介绍
CGM-2001型百强牌高强无收缩灌浆料与传统的细石混凝土及环氧化砂浆相比，具有流动性更好、强度更高、耐老化、耐高温、高抗渗、防蜕变、无收缩、膨胀性好、施工易于控制、简便快捷等特点。其1天强度大于20MPa，3天强度大于30Mpa设备安装后72小时可试机运转，28天强度达到60-80MPa，本品均达到灌浆材料行业标准及国家标准。
GM-2002型高强无收缩灌浆料具有半天强度更高的特点， 1天强度可达30Mpa,主要用于快速抢修或更换设备的基础灌浆,创造极大的经济效益。CGM-2002型具有超强、高强等特点， 1-2天设备安装完毕后可运行生产。自流态大,现场只需加水搅拌后即可进行施工，不需振捣便可充填全部间隙。微膨胀:以保证灌浆料与基础紧密接触。耐久性200万次疲劳实验，50次冻融循环试验，强度无明显变化。抗油渗:在机油中浸泡30天后其强度比浸油前提高10%以上。
适用范围与施工技术方法:
一、钢骨结构基础接缝填充灌浆。２、机械设备地脚螺栓、锚栓基座的固定灌浆。３、桥梁基座，支撑垫混凝土面层，岩基灌浆。４、连续墙，逆打墙柱、地下室墙板，后打耐震壁。５、钢厂、电厂、机械厂等的快速修护灌浆。６、桥面、伸缩缝、路面、机场跑道快速养护修复。７、轨道板、预制水泥制品缺角及裂缝修复。
二、加水量一般应按随货提供的产品出厂合格证上的推荐用水量加入，一般为用水量的13-15%，该产品不需振捣、灌注施工完成后,终凝以后开始进行洒水养护.养护期4-7天。本品使用机械搅拌机械搅拌不低于3分钟、人工搅拌不少于4-5分钟，每2200 公斤高强无收缩灌浆料为1立方。
